Crews

Train with friends, without sharing your health data.

A crew is up to eight people who train together — a running club, gym partners, a cycling group, a team. Each morning you all see who’s fresh.

How a crew works

Start it and send the link

Name your crew and share the invite. Friends tap the link and RunPack opens on the join screen.

Everyone sees what they’ll share

Before joining, each person sees exactly what the crew will see — and what it never will.

Mornings, together

One card each morning, a notification when it’s ready, and this week’s goal on the board.

Crew goals

Something to chase this week.

The crew’s owner picks one goal for the week, Monday to Sunday. Progress updates every morning as people sync.

  • Everyone checks in every day
  • 10, 15, 20 or 30 workouts together
  • Everyone averages 7 hours of sleep

Streaks show who keeps checking in, and a weekly recap shows how much you trained together and who was freshest most often.

What friends see

Bands, never numbers.

  • Recovery band — Poor, Low, Moderate, High or Prime
  • Training load and ramp, as bands
  • How many workouts, and sleep to the nearest half hour

Never shared: your score, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, breathing rate, steps, calories, weight, routes, email or Apple ID. Leave a crew any time and they stop seeing anything straight away.
