Features

Everything RunPack does.

A recovery coach for you, and a morning card for the people you train with.

For you, every morning

Recovery score

A 0–100 score against your own recent normal, with a band from Poor to Prime. When a signal is missing, RunPack shows a band instead of a number it can’t back up.

How hard to go

Plain guidance from your recovery and your training ramp: good day to push, a normal day, keep it easy, or rest — and “if you feel different, trust how you feel”.

Sleep against your usual

“Slept 7.4 h — about your usual.” The biggest single input, said in minutes.

Training load and ramp

Workouts, steps and active energy roll into a load and a ramp, so you see a spike before it bites.

Your morning notification

Your score and what it means as soon as it’s ready — worked out on your phone, sent by your phone.

RunPack — for you, every morning

Over weeks and months

Trends

Recovery, load, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate over 7, 30 or 90 days. Touch any day to read it.

Your week

Average recovery, sleep and training against last week, at the top of Trends.

How this is calculated

Every input and its weight, and what’s deliberately left out. No black box.

With your crew

Morning card

One card each morning: who synced, who’s freshest, who should go easy.

Crew goals

Pick a weekly goal — everyone checks in every day, 10–30 workouts together, or everyone averages 7 h sleep — and watch progress fill.

Streaks and weekly recap

Who keeps checking in, how much the crew trained, who was freshest most often.

Share cards

Post your morning or the crew’s week as a Story. The crew card shows totals only — never friends’ names or readings.

One-tap invites

Invite links open straight in RunPack, with a preview card in Messages and WhatsApp.
