Common questions
My score says “Building baseline”.
RunPack compares you with your own normal, so it needs about three weeks of history. It reads the last 90 days from Apple Health when you first open it, so most people get a score straight away. If you have just started wearing a watch, wear it overnight for a few more nights.
My score is a band, not a number.
Your device is not reporting some signals — often heart rate variability. RunPack shows a band rather than a precise-looking number built from too little data.
How do I invite friends?
Groups → open your group → Send to friends. They can tap the link or enter the 8-character code under Groups → Join with a code.
What do my friends see?
Coarse bands only — recovery, load and ramp bands, workout count and sleep to the half hour. Never your score or heart-rate data. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. It deletes everything RunPack’s server holds about you.
